For the uninitiated, Rocktober is the best month of the year in the office, it's not a million degrees outside anymore (hopefully) and we can share music with each other! Here's how it works:

Each day has a different music theme that is chosen from the requests submitted by everyone who participates. The theme is shared on the Rocktober Slack channel and once the theme is available, you can share a music video that corresponds with that theme. Here's where the fun starts:

THE RULES

• 1. One song, per person, per day. Multiple posts typically get removed

• 2. No duplicates, if someone posts the same song you have, find a different one

• 3. Keep it safe for work (lyrics/videos/etc.) these music videos will be available for everyone to see

Rocktober is fun for everyone whether you have extensive music knowledge or none at all. It gives us all a chance to learn and enjoy music together.

For everyone, I need you to put your thinking caps on and send me theme suggestions. Here are a few of the previous year's suggestions:

• Favorite song from your last concert Song from the last concert you attended, including the venue, date, etc.

• "Let's Get Started" is Your favorite song from the year you started at PhotoBiz/Zibster

• Best New Song Your favorite song from 2022

• Jets vs. Sharks You'll never use this one... Favorite song from a musical

• Turn Up The Radio Songs you have to turn up loud!
